Product Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period

  • Duration: Full 5-Year Warranty.
  • Effective Date: Commences from the date the customer receives the product (based on the successful delivery status in the courier system or the date specified on the receipt).

2. Warranty Scope The Company/Store guarantees coverage for damage to the product resulting from Manufacturing Defects or substandard material quality. This covers the following symptoms:

  • Battery:Inability to hold a charge, or Capacity decreases faster than standard criteria in an abnormal manner.Voltage drops below standard thresholds prior to heavy usage.
  • Circuit System (BMS):The Battery Management System (BMS) malfunctions, fails to cut power, or cuts power incorrectly, provided it is not caused by external factors.
  • Assembly:Damage resulting from incomplete factory assembly, such as loose terminals or loose screws inside the battery pack.

3. Warranty Exclusions The warranty will terminate immediately if the damage is found to be caused by the following reasons (Void Warranty Conditions):

  • 3.1 Electrical Misuse:Reverse Polarity connection (connecting positive and negative terminals incorrectly).Causing a Short Circuit in any circumstance.Using the wrong type of charger (e.g., using a lead-acid charger with a lithium battery) or using charging Voltage/Current exceeding the specified specifications.Continuous Discharge exceeding the battery's capacity (Over Load).
  • 3.2 Modification and Alteration:Unauthorized disassembly, prying, or opening of the battery casing.Circuit modification, BMS replacement, or self-repair/repair by external technicians.The warranty label (Void Sticker) is torn, faded, or removed.
  • 3.3 Improper Connection:Connecting batteries in Series or Parallel exceeding the specified limit (Specific: Maximum not exceeding 2S4P or as per the manual).Connecting with batteries of different brands, models, capacities, or mixing old and new batteries.
  • 3.4 Physical & External Damage:Traces of dropping, impact, dents, chips, cracks, punctures, or deep scratches affecting the structure.Damage from moisture, immersion, water ingress (Water Damage), or rust accumulation on terminals and circuit boards.Natural disasters (fire, flood, lightning) and damage caused by animals/insects.Accidents during transportation or installation by the customer.

4. Claim Procedure For expedited service, please follow these steps:

  • Report the Issue: Contact the store via online channels (Facebook page, LINE Official, Shopee, Lazada). Attach the receipt or provide the Order ID and the initial symptoms of the defect.
  • Submit Evidence: Send clear photos of the damage or a video clip while measuring the Voltage to allow the technical team to assess the issue.
  • Return Shipping:If the technical team assesses that the issue falls within the conditions, the customer must send the product back for inspection (Customer is responsible for the inbound shipping cost).
  • Inspection Results:Case: Genuine defect under conditions: The store will repair or replace it with a new unit and ship it back for FREE.Case: Product is normal or defective outside conditions: The store will notify the customer of the costs (if any), and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Processing Time: Inspection and processing take approximately 7-14 business days after receiving the product.

5. Remarks

  • Evidence Retention: Please keep the original packaging box and manual throughout the warranty period (for safety during return transportation if a claim is needed).
  • Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover the reduction of battery efficiency caused by normal usage (Normal Wear and Tear) according to its Cycle Life.
  • Discretion: The diagnosis of the store's technical team is considered final.
